(NASDAQ: AQMS) (“Aqua Metals” or the “Company”), a developer of an electrochemical lead recycling technology, today announced that the underwriters of its previously announced public offering of common stock have exercised their overallotment option to purchase an additional 641,930 shares of common stock at the offering price of $5.00 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Proceeds from the exercise of the option will be approximately $2.96 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions. The closing of the overallotment option exercise took place on August 13, 2015.
