(NASDAQ: IMMY), (“Imprimis” or the “company”), a pharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of proprietary compounded drug formulations, announced today that it has completed the previously announced public offering of common stock.  Imprimis sold 2.9 million shares in the offering and an additional 435,000 common shares upon the full exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option.  The offering price was $3.60 per share, and the gross proceeds to Imprimis from the sale of shares, including the over-allotment option, were $12 million, before deducting underwriting expenses.

National Securities Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:NHLD), acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering.  The Liquid Venture Partners group at National Securities Corporation was responsible for sourcing and executing the offering.
